Kostas was a last minute decision whilst shopping in a neighboring establishment. I had no idea that I was about to experience a quality of food and service that has become a distant memory. My family and I reminisced about what Greek food we “used” to eat and Kostas’ menu had it all and we were sure to order most of it. Things change and not usually for the better, especially with food service. This place is no exception. Once a staple in dillsboro, it's simply not the same. Chicken Philly? Adequate at best. I did find a small piece of chicken in the overly lemon flavored soup. Too bad. We used to love the place.

Posted this restaurant before, and I specify this is the Sylva, NC Kostas (not the one in Pompano Beach, FL). Both are good, this one has carried menu, a variety of seafood and Italian dishes. Good atmosphere.
