I was 150 miles from home to spend a weekend in the Poconos and I got a flat tire on my BMW. I called Kost and they did not have the tire in stock but found one and set up an appt. for the next day, I went there and was waiting for the tire to be changed when they asked me for the tool to unlock the rim. Although perhaps not the least expensive shop, I feel they are competitively priced and Kost has been very good to me about honoring both the road hazard and milage warranties on their tires. I now use them for my regular vehicle maintenance and they rotate my tires for free. Over the last several years I feel they’ve treated me more than fairly.
