I took my car to get tires replaced in December. We messed up the tires between having them installed till now with the road conditions between here and the roads in scranton. I called them up and explained the problem I saw over the phone. They said come in so they can take a look. They took it in and saw the problem. Having success in finding a tire for our 1950 Cadillac a few months ago, my brother and I revisited Kost Tire. We were greeted by John and Chris. We had a flat tire on our 83 year old mother’s car. They took care of repairing the tire and got us back on the road quickly. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
