I arrived on time for my scheduled 8:30 a.m. appointment for brakes, rotors, and tires; however, my vehicle was not brought into the garage until approximately 9:20 a.m. Within about 10 minutes of beginning the work, I was informed that my brakes “looked fine” and would not be replaced, despite this being a service I specifically requested. Additionally, the incorrect tire size was ordered for my vehicle, and I was told that the correct replacements would not be available for another four days. The front staff are very courteous, but they always overschedule. Every time I come in for something simple, it takes way longer than it should because they are working on several cars simultaneously. Today it took them 2.5 hours to put on a new set of tires. Every time I looked in the bay, my car was on the lift but nobody was working on it.
Service is always without concern! People are friendly and helpful!
Staff always friendly and accommodating with vehicle repair needs!
