RecommendedI'm from out of town and we hit a huge hole and muffler broke and sliced brake line..called kost tire for help ..they had us bring truck over next day(squeezed us in on a saturday)and fixed our problem..SHAWN was very friendly on the phone and they even gave my husband back to where we were staying..I would highly reccomend them to anyone...
I have been coming here for many years. I have gotten to know the service people by first name. Today, I was working in Bloomsburg, PA. When I got in my car, it wouldn't start. AAA came and could not start it either-- they came back with the tow truck. While I waited, I called Charlie here at the Lewisburg store and told him my problem. The customer service was excellent - Charlie and Ray were a huge help - worked with me on my scheduling - after experiencing horrible customer service by phone with four + other tire stores/service centers - by far these guys were superior. Just made an appointment for another vehicle. Prices were comparable as well - I got good service with it so well worth it.
Being a student away from home at a nearby clinical site, I got a flat tire. That flat turned into discovering dry rot and a dented rim! Kost Tires of Lewisburg and especially Charlie, the assistant manager, really worked with me around my schedule to resolve my tire troubles as smoothly as possible. NEVER GO THERE!!..If you think you have problems now what until they try to fix something!! Not only will it set you back money but MAJOR time also. Then you can have the Store manager insult you and blame you for the issue or your car. HORRIBLE SERVICE aand REPAIR
