A Good Review! Kost Tires gives excellent service and price to my 82-year old mom. They are fair, treat her with respect and make good on what they promise. Hugh is a terrific guy and extremely kind to Mom.
Do not shop here! I bought 4 tires from Kost for my 3/4 ton truck. I asked them for the best tires for my truck in the snow since I didn't know what I needed. I also bought their warrantee. I had to replace all 4 tires within a year. It turned out they sold me 4ply tires for a 3/4 ton truck. I later learned that you never buy less than 6 ply for a truck that size because the 4 ply wear out too quickly due to the weight of the vehicle. BEWARE!!!! Kost can cost you thousands more!!1 I have been a Kost customer for years, so I went in for service, had brake work done and tires in July. Had to go back because of noises with the brakes. Went back again Nov of 2009 because of noises in the brakes was told my wheel hub moved an inch in both directions had them fix it and a new tire put on. Long time customer Initially had issues with poor service when they were in Nichols 15 years ago or so. Have had nothing but positive experiences the past 5 years (after being ripped off by all the other chains). Top notch staff, fast, and very fair priced. I won't go anywhere else.
