I HIGHLY recommend to NEVER go to kost tire in Wysox pa. They scratched all 4 of my rims and they did nothing about it. I now have to buy new rims for 4000.00. And there customer relations is horrible.
RecommendedI have always had wonderful experience with Kost- Exeter, Mt. Pocono, Scranton (Jefferson ave- esp Tad) - and Kingston locations! I appreciate all that they do to help their clients and to get me the best deal & service in town.
I specifically ask in person & in writing what needed done, 2 new tires & a new rim installed, an alignment because the steering wheel is way off centered & check to see if the intermittent steering shaft needed replaced but they didn't do either, they only replaced the front tires & replaced rim but neglected to tell me that the new rim was bent until I went to picked up my car. So my steering wheel is still off centered, new tire on a bent rim & I still have no clue if the shaft needs replaced. Complete waste of time.

Don't charge customers for unauthorised work
RecommendedVery helpful and friendly, especially in an emergency situation. Provided me with a variety of options to help me make the best decision regarding my vehicle. Even better, my service was complete in less than 1 hour.
Bad experience not handed by anyone I was there three different times for the same problem which wasn’t a problem at all they put four new tires on never aligned it horrible service a mechanic that became he didn’t get the work to fix the car ( I am a 35 year mechanic I do my own work) refused to inspect the car sighting some bs when I called him out on it with the pa inspection manual I was meet with extreme hostility from frank the then manager. 4 hours for tire rotation and oil change.Had to miss a day of work.and the people there didn't care.a place has to be really bad for me not to go back. and i won't be going back to Kost ever again!!!!!!!!!!!
