Scammers. My car was running great, and getting ready for work, I took it to a car wash. Shortly after that wash, it was acting bad. Stuttering. Almost stalling. I couldn't imagine it was from the car wash, but I had to get to work. So I stopped in to see if they can help immediately. They did, but - charged me $671. For what? Kost Tire Shavertown This is the final straw for this location and company period. After a couple of instances where services were not rendered when they said they were (at least 3 tire rotations and oil changes) and now waiting for over an hour when I had appt. I'm done. The 2 people at the desk never mentioned they were behind never said were sorry it's taking so long etc. This location used to be so good with customers and service. I am done with it and Kost. They plug tires rather patching.. Plugs are not really a real fix
I got a flat tire yesterday morning on the way to take my granddaughter to school. I got there at 7:30 when they open the shop after driving very slowly on that tire. They fix the tire and got me back on the road in time to get my granddaughter there to school by 845. That’s service. Thank you guys!
They backed a car into my brother in laws truck now they dont want to take responsibility for the damage just fuckin sue them i guess
The staff is awesome, they were willing to open the shop to get my truck out after hours because I needed it early the next day
Love them they were honest with me ! I am so happy with the service there that I am definitely going back to them ! Prices are awesome also ! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
