Went into Kost Tire in Kingston this morning, didn't state what I wanted as I waited at the front counter while the counter clerk & one of the mechanics were speaking. The clerk looked up at me 3 times, without once stopping the conversation he was engaged in with the mechanic which was NOT business related to ask if he could help me. I felt valueless as a customer without stating a word, decided I could spend my money anywhere, but chose NOT to do business with KOST & left.
