Today I stopped at kost tire Moscow pa. My vehicle had front end issue I explained to the manager Craig Wood , “Woody”. He spoke to a mechanic and in 5 minutes my car was being checked out. When done woody explained to me what the mechanic found. I need inspection for September and was concerned. Woody explained it will be fine till inspection. Woody explained no change for checking. Just had a car accident with my new vehicle, notice my other vehicle inspection sticker was due last month. needed to use my other vehicle called Kost on 9th Street Scranton ask if they can get me in today . after telling them my situation they went out of their way for me Trevor Calvey and the crew was a life saver . and I thank them again. they went above and beyond duty.
I highly recommend this new kost Tire in Moscow. Woody was very informative, made sure I knew exactly what my car needed and was very patient and accommodating. I am a business owner in the area and am very pleased with the service at this store.
Regarding the O'Neil Highway Dunmore, PA 18512 store. I had an excellent experience with the Manager George. Every time I go to that store I ask for George because he always give me first rate service whatever the situation is whether buying tires or other servicing. He did it again the other day. He knows his stuff and knows how to give courteous service. HE certainly deserves a pat on the back from senior management and I always recommend Kost to my friends and relatives and to ask for George.. I am willing to be contacted... read more
Scammers. My car was running great, and getting ready for work, I took it to a car wash. Shortly after that wash, it was acting bad. Stuttering. Almost stalling. I couldn't imagine it was from the car wash, but I had to get to work. So I stopped in to see if they can help immediately. They did, but - charged me $671. For what? VPS GDI First Defense kit, whatever the hell that is, and ignition coils. There is no way. My car was running fine before the wash. Gregg was SO helpful. My tire pressure was low and they found that I needed a new tire and put on my spare so that I could drive home! They were kind and very helpful!
