To start off...4 weeks ago I brought my car in for a diagnostic due to car shaking very badly and check engine light flashing. Over an hour later they gave me the details on it. Later that week I got in touch with my warranty to see how it can get covered, I went back to Mr Tire and asked them to contact the company and explain the diagnosis. Matt & Kyle are amazing mechanics. I went there for rear brakes and an alignment, they noticed when they drove it in, I also needed rear bearings. Though a mechanic had just quit because he was denied a raise. It took longer than usual. These guys are well over worked and all deserve a raise. These guys should all be making top dollar, working 7-7, 6 days a week. I hope they are still there when I bring my other cars there.
