Customer Service Rep friendly, helpful and efficient. Able to effectively multitask as he was also working in the shop!! Suggested higher quality synthetic product that has proved out. My 10 year old car has some get up and go now. I haven't had to take care of my own car for decades. Mr. Tire in Oneonta was an excellent experience.
