Really impressed with how Aidan and Matt operate the business. Both are easy to communicate with, very honest with their work and they maintain a high standard. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Great job done, and very professional. Matt takes pride in his work and the results show it. Even on the original callout he lifted back the panel to give me a really good quote where other electricians just blindly gave me a number .Matt also fixed and replaced and fixed what other electricians beofore him botched. Definitely go back to them for future quotes and work.
Thank goodness I had Matt from Kossen come to install a new replacement ceiling fan.The previous installation was illegal and dangerous. Matt was shocked to see how the fan was installed, so he checked the other 2 fans, which were also installed incorrectly. Matt took photos in the ceiling so I could see how dangerous it was. Matt explained how it should have been done. He will be coming back to reinstall all the fans. Matt was very professional and I would have no hesitation recommending Matt and Kossen.
Matt has left the Greenmount job and I just wanted to tell you how happy we are with what he has done. Really appreciated his listening to our problems and coming up with some good solutions. A nice young man with an excellent attitude. A credit to your business. (BTW this is a real post, 'Father Ted' is my psuedonym for facebook)
