I had the pleasure of dealing my T-shirts exchange with a Koss Creative representative named Latoya. She helped me from start to finish with this transaction and was awesome in following with me by email. I can tell you she went above and beyond to reassured me everything will be ok with exchange. It’s hard to find someone with that type of customer service caliber nowadays bc of automation. Overall, I liked to recognized LaToya.
I read the reviews and thought I was getting a good place; unfortunately, I was wrong. Devon is excellent good communication and is polite. The artist and or staff, however, are extremely slow. I started the process four weeks out and received it at the last minute of when I needed it. The artist took four days to make the template and then another 3 to adjust it after they didn't do what I requested at the start. To repeat the same mistakes and not do what I wanted again.
