Hired Kosoy Enterprises to do a wind mitigation survey on a second floor condo in Vista Royale, Vero Beach. The last survey was done by the association in Aug 2012 and was considered to be expired. That survey had pictures showing the wall/roof clamps that are present in the attic, which meet current standards so we expected this survey to show the same.
