My wife and I went to Kosnoski Eye Care (KENT LOCATION) and I had the worst optometry experience in my life and I have been wearing glasses for 30 years. When we went there for the exam and to choose our glasses the visit went fairly smooth although we were there for over 2 hours. Both my wife and I after waiting for our glasses for over 10 business days had to call them to see if our glasses had come in. It was like the glasses where just sitting there waiting for us to call. The Clinic owner Doctor Edward Kosnoski is a very nice guy; good communication, thorough exam, very personable. However, HONTZ, JESSICA E is NOT worth your time, she is only interested in your money. As a doctor, she does not explain anything, she is a poor listener; she spends as minimum time with a patient as possible. After she got what she wants (a reason to bill you for more money), she will avoid you.
