When we arrived at our appointment this morning were told they have a new policy. Apparently they have new equipment that allows them to see the periphery of your eye without dilation BUT insurance won’t pay for it and they won’t do an exam (even on kids) without either paying a $30 fee or doing dilation. It would have been nice to have been informed of this new policy prior to arriving for our visit. Amazing that you can call me 9! times to confirm our appointment but you can’t send me a notification of your new policies. D... read more
