Last year my beautiful BMW which is my pride and joy was involved in an unfortunate Prang,and what a PRANG it was!! Kosmo Smash Repairs repaired my car to a very high standard and I was extremely pleased with the results!! It looked like a new car on the day I picked it up and I was thrilled with it!! Staff members kept me informed during the process and I was very grateful for this support too. Highly recommend Kosmo!!
Outstanding service, easy to deal with, excellent communication when there was a slight 24hr delay (out of their control) and my car returned in better condition than I gave it to them in! The lovely cleaning job was an unexpected but so appreciated surprise. The front office staff were so lovely and professional, even when dealing with some absolute Karen’s of society. This whole process has been so much better than I was expecting and absolutely seamless. Thankyou!!

I was very disappointed with the service I received. First, I was initially told my car would be ready on Friday, then it was pushed to Monday, but it wasn't completed until the following Wednesday. Second, I was promised that my car would be washed and vacuumed, but when I picked it up, there was dust all over the seats, and my belongings had been moved around. Outstanding Staff and Servicing..!! Been back many times with multiple vehicles through Ag Business as well as my ole Mum' Hyundai Kona. Always, friendly, helpful, patient and do an outstanding job. My ole Mum loves the free Lollies..😁
