Maybe nails are their specialty.. every time I do something to my hair here I am disappointed.
I’ve been to this salon for head spas several times before and usually had great experiences, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. My friend and I booked two appointments, but unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had here so far. During the service, the water machine shut off four separate times, and at one point another employee had to come into the room and pour water from a jug into the bowl while I was mid-service. Hair, tatoos and wine??!! I say yes. Genesis is awesome
Expensive for mid service. The only one thats good is Reyna the girl that does eyebrows. The girls doing my nails and toes seemed like theyre were high. I ended up having to soak off my nails and forget the manicure and they still tried to charge me for it. I got a pedicure, eye brow tint and haircut and it cost me 200 dollars. I wish I would have asked for more glasses of wine so at least It would make up for the price.
