I had a very disappointing experience here. Bella was extremely rude the entire appointment. She was snatching my hands while working on them and made me feel rushed the whole time. I politely asked if I could wash my hands before applying nail polish, and she told me to “hurry up,” which was very unprofessional. On top of that, my nails weren’t even filed smoothly — the shaping was uneven and rushed. I left feeling upset and uncomfortable. I will definitely not be returning.

This is my first choice when it comes to a nail salon, I’ve been going since they opened a couple years ago. I go every two weeks and have never left without a beautiful manicure. I went recently and a girl named “Jenny” did my nails. She was rude and snappy, she cut my fingers up and only started to apologize when I questioned her. She laughed at me and made lots of rude comments about my nails. It was an awful experience and it makes me want to switch salons. I will definitely be requesting people from now on.

The ladies were very nice but unfortunately the male that I had was not. He was very unhelpful and impatient when I asked him to help with a shade of pink I wanted and instead of helping me he spoke in Vietnamese to his coworker on not wanting to help me pick. Even when she gave him a suggestion because she knew what color I was referring to he still purposely chose not to get that color so he can start on my toes. Disappointed and appalled with a simple service request. I got acrylics removed and a regular manicure. My manicure isn’t smooth and looks messy. Luna did my nails and I won’t be returning to this location.
