Never have I talked to a person as rude as the secretary at this office. When I called to get Mr. Kosmas's email address, she instantly began grilling me: "Who are you? Have you ever done business with us before? After I provided info on a previous case he had handled for me, (which the secretary couldn't find) I was so frustrated, I hung up.
