Poor quality work. Terrible prices. Unprofessional.
Kosko Painting and Remodeling was recommended for the remodeling of a home I was to purchase. The contractor originally spoke with the realtor about my need for a new contractor due to delays from Covid for a VA renovation loan. The contractor confirmed they would be willing to take on the project and could meet the deadlines of it. While trying to prepare for closing the contractor would not call the lender back to turn in the bid on the project which was needed for closing.
