I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He came to my apartment to pick up five carpets, and from start to finish, he was absolutely wonderful—professional, patient, and very thorough in explaining the entire process. Mr. Kosker did a great job of cleaning, repairing and binding my rugs. He is honest, came when he said he would, and did the work in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure working with him.
Kosker saved two of our rugs from moth damage. Atilla was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond with helping us. Alex and Eugene were extremely helpful and friendly on the pick up and receiving end.
