Everything was excellent. The host John is so lovely. Absolute gem. Just wish he had a stool to sit on when they are slow and he has to stand for so long. Our server was a delight. Very knowledgeable about the menu. Food was unique and delicious! Highly recommend for dinner.
They called me twice to confirm seating outside for Mothers Day. When we arrived, no table was set, I had to get our own cutlery, salt and pepper, condiments, ordered a bottle of champagne, did not ice it, just stuck it on the table. Gave us a small table when there were plenty of larger tables. Had to request to move. For the price, the service was not worth it, food was average at best. Don't bother, only the facilities are nice, everything else, is 1 star.
Dinner date on a cold Sunday night, such a beautiful hotel and the food at Ko’Sin was incredible. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.
Great ambiance but the food here is pretty bad.
