trying to info for an appt and she hung up on us and then we called back and she wouldn't answer than she kept calling my cell phone and when i would answer it was a fax machine she is a very rude person she has hung up several times with our staff too. she needs to lose her job you don't hang up on patients and their family
I saw impressed w/ Dr K's knowledge and how well he explained things to me. It was very nice to have a doctor WANT me to understand the issue(s) I'm having and to know what course of care is available.
I was recently diagnosed with MS Dr.K takes the time to explain everything. I have never felt like a Dr. genuinely cared for me as much as this guy.
RN with 30 yr ER experience. Went for neuro issues to R/O or Dx MS. Each visit, while holding my chart, Dr.K was unsure as to why I was there. Spoke to me like a slow child until the 3rd visit I reminded him of my medical background. Tests done in office (VEP, EEG). ordered 3rd MRI in 1 year ($900) read same as last 3 for + flashes. Now unable to get records to go to another Neuro with advancement of same s/s. "you feel too good to have MS". I worked hard at trying to feel good. can't now!
