This is a one slow company If you booked a load and they are not answering yes you right you better dump the load and find new one cuz they will hold you up there for up to 8 hr to load 1 truck. I don't understand if you don't have the load do not ORDER A TRUCK UNTILL YOU ARE READY TO LOAD THE TRUCK. VERY VERY SLOW PEOPLE I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHIPPER.
I worked there worst place ever no management and if there is they have no idea about anything. The last manager they hired worked as a manager at a supermarket who lives in his moms basement LOL!!!!
