Glad to have you back. For Passover, I ordered the Chicken Capon, the Brisket and the Salmon. The Capon was delicious and met expectations as usual. Very good stuffing. The brisket was a little off, not sure if it was a lower cut of meat, was just an off piece or was undercooked; it was a little chewy. The salmon was delicious. Thank You, Ron.
