I booked a myofascial release session for headache, TMJ, neck, and shoulder pain. The waiting area was filled with strong candle scents and loud music, which immediately made my headache worse. I asked for a scent-free room and was told that was fine — but the therapist still used a heavily scented oil. I’m 36, and honestly, I see changes on my face every single day. The weird part is how fast they show up. Very disappointed in the online support team of Kosha. I have ordered the face tape and oil from their online store, and unfortunately,at some point, the tape started peeling off my skin. So I reached out asking if it has an expiration date in case I should stop using it, but they never bothered to reply to my email. I just feel it’s unfair that something so heavily promoted on the founder’s Instagram receives no accountability when issues arise. I have had a few custom facials with Kate. The face and buccal massage always reduces swelling and puffiness in my face for days after. Kate’s technique manages to be both therapeutic and relaxing which is so hard to find in a facial treatment where one is usually prioritized over the other. The entire experience is so healing that you don’t want it to end. Highly recommend facials with Kate.
