The most pitiful poor excuse for a Veteran’s care. They refuse to answer the phone. They want come out to get you in a wheelchair because they want answer the phone. I’m a war time Veteran who will have to pay for my own medical expenses because of the disrespectful employees. Close the doors.
I recently relocated to Mississippi and now go to Kosciusko VA clinic for healthcare management. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They have gotten all my previous medical data transfered thus making the transition very smooth. The meds were updated and accurate. My issues are being addressed. Thank you for helping my transition mentally and physically be smooth.
I've never had any problems at this VA office. Staff are always friendly and seem to care about what's going on.
