I had a very disappointing experience at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital on the morning of May 10, 2026. I came in for outpatient lab work related to infertility testing, with multiple lab orders from my fertility clinic. From the moment I checked in, I was met with visible irritation and a lack of professionalism from the ER registrar. I was treated very well and they listened to everything I had to say my nurse Kristi was amazing and very helpful and dr shroyer was great and did every test needed and made sure I understood everything he was saying
Was treated with lots of care!
Kind and competent care. Listened well and instilled trust and confidence. These are the people you want to care for you when you are having a really bad day.
