On my annual road trip from AZ when I fractured my ankle. The ER team were great and very helpful. They recommended Ortho Urgent Care for a visit the next day...all a great experience in a bad situation....thanks for all the help
I was in there for 6 hrs they sent me home in a lot of pain they could of let me go home before the drug store closed so I could of got my pain med or at least give me a pain shot til morning . When I got home I went straight to bed around 2 am I had to go to the bathroom and couldn't even get out of bed cuz I was in so much pain. I don't care what people say if you don't have health insurance the staff treats you totally different
I really appreciate how the EMS responders were compassionate and calm for me when I was really shaken up after totaling my car, even though my injuries only turned out to be scrapes and bruises. At the hospital, the staff were more or less attentive. I can't think of much that I would have wanted them to do differently. I wish the healthcare system didn't have as much legal paperwork to deal with but I'm sure healthcare workers wish the same thing and I'm not sure what the solution is. My Dr was informing and pleasant. My nurses were great especially Anna. My Daughter & I absolutely loved her. That was the best ER visit Ive ever had.
