Have dealt with Mr. Kosar on 3 appliance repairs. Received prompt and professional service fairly priced.
We called him on a Tuesday for our oven. He told us he would come on Friday. Friday got here and he was a no show! We called him Friday afternoon and asked him to please call us back. He never did. I guess we just weren't important enough to him. There is no reason for a professional not to call a customer back, even if it's just to apologize. The worst part us, we've used him a few times before, so we are repeat customers. I will never call him again or recommend him to others, which we have done in the past.
Wanted my washing machine fix, came here lasted 15 mins told my wife he could not fix it and charged 80 dollars!!!
