I was a patient for several years under Dr. LindaLu Reese Kosal. During that time I was being treated for numerous serious medical conditions and was prescribed over 20 medications including multiple controlled substances such as Schedule II and Schedule IV medications requiring careful medical management. Without any warning, Dr. Kosal terminated our doctor-patient relationship abruptly. I never received proper notice. I was given no referrals to another physician.
