I was here with my daughter, and we were treated very well☺️
zero urgency, impossible requests, and would come back with a completely different plan than the time before abt 6 times- expected my 13 month old daughter at 1 am (had been awake for 8 hours to just not rub her face with stiches) she screamed in despair for hours because they made me hold her arms down to avoid it and no one picked up the pace whatsoever to get us out any sooner.
AVOID. Very unclean and I know the ER isn’t the cleanest place in the world but this is too three dirtiest I have ever seen. Chairs, floors every surface is disgusting. Brought two children here with wheezing, fever Ect. We waited over an hour and the staff was so incredibly rude. Triage and then can not tell us how long it’s going to be, sounding like robots. Trust me, I don’t want to be here with all three children for sickness anymore than you do!
One of the worst experiences in my life I had there this past two weeks. Started there with one kid that got admitted because of his g-tube mind you he is a level 3 autistic child with food aversions so he doesn’t like to eat really at all. So the doctors and staff called cps on me stating that I am starving my child(neglected nutritionally).
