I'm sharing my experience from dealing with Norton Children's over the past 4 years with hope that it saves a child's life. In 2022 my son was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer Ewing's sarcoma. He went through vigorous chemo cycles and radiation. Then in Feb 2023 a 12 hour surgery to remove the tumor from his femur. The surgery also included a femur replacement. Very positive hospital stay. Everyone was very welcoming , friendly. They explained to my daughter Jordan every step before it happened especially (child life) they treated her with the utmost respect patience and kindness despite when she was angry about the NG tube and IV , anything she needed they brought to her in a reasonable amount of time. They gave my grandbaby the wrong medicine after keeping him waiting 7 hours to be seen and 9 days after the visit!!!!! Horrible
