Racially profiling and called cps for an accident with my nephew. Had parents take 2 drug tests and have had them in the hospital since friday. They told us the bruises dont match the story. If my nephew was being abused there would be obvious signs like previous older bruises, scratches, malnutrition, AND SO MUCH MORE. He is a well fed, well taken care of, happy happy baby. Beware of predatory billing!!! My daughter was seen in the ER for a minor arm fracture and was placed in a flimsy cloth sling. They charged $100 dollars for the sling SEPARATELY! For anyone with a high deductible, you are getting scammed. I could have bought a sling at Walmart.
My grandson was in the hospital for a week. I was shocked. Rooms were small. When I went to the nurses desk for help, they were either chatting or on phone ignoring my presence. He left with NO diagnosis!! He could barely walk and used a walker. He’s 11 years old!! When we left , I asked if he were getting wheeled out. They said only if we wanted. We got NO wheel chair. My daughter had outpatient surgery for ear tubes and adenoid removal. The front desk staff was great, MA was great. The nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, in surgical area took really good of my daughter in the process making sure she was in good hands before/after surgery.. really put me at ease to know she was well taken care of. Wonderful experience!
