Love this peaceful little corner spa. The staff are welcoming and I find it the perfect retreat space for my body and mind.

I've been to Kosa several times and it's always a 10/10 experience! From the moment you walk in, to the sanctuary, to your service, they never miss a beat! Uriah was my therapist today and it may have been the best massage of my life! Highly, highly recommend!
I recently tried the new Scalp Ritual at Kosa Spa in Madison, WI and it was such an amazing experience! The atmosphere of this spa always leaves me feeling calm and is incredibly relaxing. The Scalp Ritual itself was so soothing and unlike anything I’ve had before.
