Where to begin… My experience at Kosa was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked a massage for my birthday with several add-ons, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Unfortunately, this spa missed the mark for me. Although my therapist, Katie, was wonderful, the spa itself was sub-par. The check in/merchandise entrance was quiet, low-light and smelled great; everything you would expect from a spa atmosphere. As soon as you entered the community area, it was bright light and industrial feeling. Not the most relaxing vibe. Not to mention it was COLD. The most beautiful and relaxing space!
Wonderful massage with Julia, a gifted massage therapist, and personal retreat, as well as deeply quiet time in the sanctuary, provided me with an hours-long respite from current stressors, great physical and mental relief, and restored my sense of mindfulness. The warm and helpful staff at Kosa quietly goes about making the experience nigh on perfect!
Excellent spa and beautifully put together!!! I had a wonderful time & enjoyed the wonderful amenities! Will definitely be back!!!
