The location, staff and especially the services were incredible! Well worth the drive we took to get here, we will be back!
What a blissful experience! The owner and staff are SO kind and welcoming and warm! The staff is educated, kind, passionate, professional. My husband and I came for a birthday spa day and had the best massages of our life! Only wish we had more time to hang in the sanctuary- we will be back again!
Kosa surpassed our expectations from the start. It is not just a spa, but a full on wellness experience where you are able to truly relax. We loved our private sauna/steam room along with our services. Their space is incredible and so welcoming that you feel relaxed right from the start. This was exactly what we needed after a stressful winter week. Would love to go back!
Limited facilities. You have to pay a separate fee to rent or have access to a small dry and wet sauna. No hot tub or cold plunge. If a friend wants to join you in the sauna area, the price only goes down by maybe $10. You also have to pay a fee to sit in a waiting room. Too expensive for too little compared to other spas I've been to across US and Europe. (I have gone here before, maybe used a different email address but do not appreciate the unprofessional and dismissive tone of the below businesses response to my review)
My experience at KOSA was amazing all around! The spa itself has such a beautiful, calming atmosphere and my services left me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and restored. You can feel how much thought they put in to creating a wonderful experience from start to finish — from greeting to services to the products used. I can’t wait to go back!
