This was hard to write because I know the people at Kosa are good, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. I wish I had read reviews beforehand. I trusted the “voted best in National Geographic” claim and their online presence, but my experience was disappointing and far too expensive for what was offered. Unfortunately, quite overpriced for an underwhelming experience. Practioners were kind and professional, however other staff seemed overwhelmed when we had questions, making it kind of an awkward and not-so-comfortable experience. Price point could be improved upon or times of services could be extended.
I made an appointment for a massage. They called me the day before to change the time.....which I could barely get to the original appointment. Not wanting to have a masseuse that would rather work a half day, I just cancelled. AND THEY CHARGED ME. Their business practices are in alignment with their relaxation claims. Not interested in going back....
Peg gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. It wasn’t JUST a facial - it was a whole body experience. Peg made sure I was comfortable, reminded me to take deep breaths before starting, and had an overall calming presence. I can’t wait to go back for other services. Highly recommend.
I absolutely loved my experience at Kosa. I got the Indian Head massage, which was incredible. Besides the service being great, the ambiance was relaxing and beautiful. The locker room offers a locked locker, showers, robes, and bathrooms. Before your service, you are offered tea and a chance to relax in the prettiest, calmest room of plants and cozy vibes. I will be back!!
