I called KOS a couple of weeks before we were having an event at home. We have a cedar shingle home. They were contracted to soft-wash the house, wash the windows and concrete. They accommodated our schedule. Everything looks great. We plan to call them again next year.
I highly recommend this company. Family owned and very honest. Tom came out to the house and performed a thorough inspection for mold and water damage. I would definitely go with this company again.
I needed my store carpeting cleaned at my retail shop in SEtauket. I've been using them for years and wouldn't use anyone else. I used to do carpets in college and know how much work it is. KOS has a top notch steam machine, and they carry their own water so no hose hook up. It is super powerful for tough stains, leaves no residue and dries fast. Also the crews are always great. Today Joey and Brandon did a great job this review is long overdue so kudos to KOS!!
