Buying a new home is stressful enough but when we found mold in the kitchen it knocked that stress level. We were very lucky to have found KOS Restoration. Tom from KOS Restoration was very helpful and kind. I was so scared we had a mold problem in our house after discovering some blackened wood behind our drywall. They picked up the phone promptly and got someone out to look at our issue the same day. The team showed care and concern that we had small children in the house and wanted to solve our problem asap. KOS Cleaning and Restoration is the VERY BEST. I contacted other companies however Tom from KOS provided the best assessment, of the situation and had a concrete plan to prevent the chances of the mold returning in my basement. The company made special effort to make sure that our family was comfortable as we moved through the process and that included the field team as well as the office girls. I had an ongoing roof leak that I was not aware of until it resulted in mold growth on the inside of the attic space. KOS Restoration promptly responded to my call. Their estimator came out as scheduled, was very knowledgeable and gave a reasonable estimate. The restoration team arrived as scheduled and completed the work as anticipated. Everyone was very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.
