Outstanding communication
The KOS team really went above and beyond remediating my home after I had a pipe burst. They used protective plastic to cover all my belongings to make sure nothing else was further damaged. They were willing to answer all my questions, and I had a lot! They talked me through everything they were doing and made sure the work was up to par with my standards.
