We teach a very dynamic and creative program with children and adults of all ages.Our program is great for families and known to help children develop character through martial arts for other sports as well. I have been taking martial arts at various locations for over 15 years, when I found Master Ko's studio here in Overland Park, KS I found a home. Master Ko teaches a very disciplined style of traditional Taekwondo with a little bit of Hapkido thrown in. The classes, and most importantly the classmates are all very uplifting and make me feel like I am accomplishing something.
