finished basement looks completely different now. we wanted a rec area with a small bar setup and a bathroom tucked in the corner and they figured out the layout in a way that didn't eat up the open space. the bar came out really clean, the lighting under the counter was a nice touch they suggested. bathroom is small but doesn't feel cramped. floors warm enough that the kids actually use the space now in winter
HomeEdge finished our basement and turned it into a real living space with a family room, a small office area, and a three quarter bath in the corner. started talking to them in spring, signed in june, done by mid august. communiction was steady the whole time, never had to chase anyone for updates. basement turned out exactly how we planned
basement was getting water in one corner every time it rained hard and the drywall down there was starting to bubble. knew we had to deal with it before it got worse. HomeEdge came out and figured out where the moisture was getting in, fixed the drainage situation and then redid that whole section of the basement. new drywall, flooring, paint. looks like the rest of the finished area now, cant even tell there was an issue and no water problems since
