Howard installed a new liner and foam to my inground pool in June of 2020. He did a good job (over $6000.) Noticed a crease same day and he came back and fixed it. Never saw him again, he left some cement and few other things, never came back. This year we had some problems with the pool (not the liner) and called, emailed, many times and never gat a call back. One email saying it sounded like a plumbing problem. He is impossible to contact and his mom who handles the phones also does not get back to you
