This statefarm agent’s office is very attentive to my needs through out my 6 years of being with them. When my car insurance is in need of changing, they are always super fast to act. Howard has helped me multiple times with questions, always patient and the results are shown! They are easy to reach, pick up the phone and they answer in seconds.
I moved from one State Farm location to another in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area because of proximity to my new residence and convenience and I couldn't be happier. Howard and the rest of the staff have been extrodinary in accommodating me and working with me to provide efficient car insurance for myself and my 16-yr old son. I recommended this office to my dad whose moved his insurance policies to this location from Allttate and he's a tough customer and is pleased due to cost savings.
