Update: we liked the service we’ve gotten so much that I gave them a chance to earn my business on my new truck and they were competitive and did the deal quickly without all the hassle of back and forth with a “Sales Manager”. Took our 2022 Explorer for recall work. It was in and out in less than 24 hours! Other dealers would not even get it in until mid August!!
