Solid, friendly staff with amazing professionalism and they explain everything in detail, no guessing. Keeps in great communication while vehicle is being repaired.Top Star! I've used them before and will continue too as needs arrive! Thanks to all involved from day one to pick up!!
The experience was amazing... Kory came out to great my girlfriend (Kim)... Ralph in body shop was great, Elton got the part ordered and in a day, Mike got the 2021Jeep Gladiator Rubicon broken down and repaired in no time... The dealership went as far as to wash the truck... Thank you for the great service!!! Definitely will be back!!!
Body work on my 2023 jeep wrangler Randy and his team did a awsome job super happy
I highly recommend bringing your vehicles to Kory Hooks for repairs. Ralph in the Collision center went above and beyond from my first call for information through the entire process. He worked with the insurance company for me, made sure I was able to get in a rental, kept me informed along the way, and was available for my questions at every turn. Not only will we take our other vehicles there but we will make them our first stop for our next vehicle purchase. Best dealership experience, hands down.
All right I had the best service at the collision center at Kory Hooks in Bowie that I’ve ever had
