The experience was amazing... Kory came out to great my girlfriend (Kim)... Ralph in body shop was great, Elton got the part ordered and in a day, Mike got the 2021Jeep Gladiator Rubicon broken down and repaired in no time... The dealership went as far as to wash the truck... Thank you for the great service!!! Definitely will be back!!!

I highly recommend bringing your vehicles to Kory Hooks for repairs. Ralph in the Collision center went above and beyond from my first call for information through the entire process. He worked with the insurance company for me, made sure I was able to get in a rental, kept me informed along the way, and was available for my questions at every turn. Not only will we take our other vehicles there but we will make them our first stop for our next vehicle purchase. Best dealership experience, hands down.
