One star is too many. Adrian Kory of Kory Engineering and Excavation walked away with my money and did not finish the project. He and his father have been discredited by AROC, the Arizona Registry of Contractors. He has been the subject of many lawsuits to do with not completing jobs or payments and even taken to court by Santa Cruz County along these same lines.
