I am so thankful I found Mr Williams. He was my third opinion because they kept saying it was arthritis or bithing was wrong. Mr Williams immediately sent to get MRI and X-rays.. within days he had a plan and explained everything step by step. His staff woman literally called me & told me she cancelled my appt w/ him b/c I didn't need to see him (?). Isn't it my right as a patient to see him & let him make that desicion? Also, I never gave his office woman consent to get in my medical records & cancel my appt! I made that appt myself, online! She violated my HIPPAA rights! He is a great Dr, he explained every detail to me very polite heade me feel very comfortable
Went in for a lifted toenail. He asked if I wanted him to completely remove the nail at which point I answered no! Even though I told him no he then proceeded to clip further and further down (even though I was continually saying stop) until he was down to my nail bed.
