Seen dr korver last August for irritation on the right side of my mouth/throat. He could not find anything and told me "sometimes God sends sparrows down to give you things you just have to deal with" !! That was his diagnosis! Well I went to an ENT in Sioux Falls and am now recouping from cancer of the tongue which I had surgery on this past week. Explained it to that doc the same way! Never again!!
Called in to schedule an appointment with a referral from OCAHS and his receptionist was extremely rude and practically pushed us away. He’s good at what he does if you can get past the unfriendly and unwelcoming environment.
While he does seem to have a very good grasp of his specialty field considering he has about thirty years of practice under his belt. His medical practice is a old-school mentality and operation, so if you like that sort of thing you may enjoy his services. His staff does not do prior authorizations to get you an appropriate amount of pain medications after surgeries. Both my husband and I ran out of pain medications over the weekend and they purposely did it on purpose. He definitely doesn't seem to appreciate his patients ... read more
