Greeted at the Pool, Cornwall Clinic yesterday with "Leave the Water. We've got a full Clinic today" No introductions at all. Sonographer and her colleague exchanged Numbers, I suppose relevant to the Scan being done. I am extremely tender in the lower area but no words of support were given when I flinched or quietly moaned. No interaction at all. I will not be accepting another appointment at this particular Clinic Angela Rapsey
Shocking phone call today to try and rebook an appointment due to them cancelling and rebooking for a Sunday knowing I need support and because I asked for it to be rebooked for community support to help me they turned nasty over the phone I then asked for a manager and the manager wasn't much better over the phone I do not trust that my appointment will go that well now I've been treated like I have if I could give u.no.stars I would have done so what a shambles the attitude is we don't need to tell u why we cancelled Ur ap... read more

Went for a kidney scan and bladder scan today , followed the instructions to drink 2 pints of water 1 hour prior to my appointment time ( which i did ), was told ( very bluntly)I didnt drink enough water as there wasn't enough in my bladder to do a scan . They didn't even wipe the gel off of me before i rolled my top back down. No compassion or care in how I might be feeling at this time . Would not recommend
