Went there to get my eyebrow pierced, called a couple days prior to see the price and when they close. First of all they closed at 7pm that day so I shower up around 6 something and they were closed. I called the next day asking about it and she said they closed early because nobody was coming in and they weren’t busy. Secondly I came in the next day, did the paper work and everything. I came at 2:40 to get my industrial piercing and when i try to go in a black lady told me that they were closed but when i called last week nd seen on you guys website it said that you close at 3pm.
Came to your Florence location 7-19-25 to get my daughter's ear pierced the website states that the business closes at 3pm. I arrived at the location at 2:42pm a young African American woman told my daughter that they were closed locked the door then disappeared to the back. So I called the shop no answer this is completely unprofessional I will take my business elsewhere.
Great experience for my son. Belly piercing was quick and efficient.
