Had me go through two MRIs and then stuck me with a 22-year-old intern who had no idea what she was doing with injections and also is my second visit and they’re not even treating the issue or listening. Her job that day was to inject one area and send me out the door. . Consider that I now live in God's waiting room. I get very good care from Nena Korunda. She's highly qualified and willing to suggest and discuss alternatives. Such as vitamins, diet etc. I want less medication not more...
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE DR REQUESTED AN MRI, IT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I TRIED RESOLVING THE ISSUE, EITHER BY GETTING A REFUND OR GETTING IT DONE AGAIN, THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE. TOLD ME AN OFFICE ADMIN WOULD CALL ME AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. 3 MONTHS LATER I RECEIVED A COLLECTION NOTICE, WHEN I CALLED AGAIN THEY SAID THE TECH THAT HAD PERFORMED THE MRI WAS NO LONGER THERE AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.
