I bought my Hyundai here a few months ago and could not possibly be happier with the sales process. I found the Ioniq 5 Limited I wanted at Korum Hyundai but the scheduled arrival was delayed by several weeks. Rodney kept me in the loop almost daily with updates. When the car finally showed at Korum it was cleaned inside & out and charged 100%. I was in & out in a couple hours with my trade in on their lot & driving my new Ioniq 5 home! Very smooth with courteous, professional service all the way!
I brought my car in to have the engine fixed under Hyundai’s engine program. My car was running fine before I dropped it off. This dealership did not fix the engine and still charged me $200. After I drove off the lot, my car no longer start. I don’t know what was done to my vehicle, but it left in worse condition than when I brought it in. Very disappointing and unacceptable service. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
