Had charger issues in town. Got here with 4% battery and didn’t have charge point account set up. Cedric took care of me, even covered the charge.
Appointment for an oil change at x:xx am time in the morning. I figured if I made it early enough, they couldn't be behind already. Wrong. They didn't even take my car back for 1.5 hours. Then another hour later I asked where my car was. I was told it was done within 30 mins, they just had not gotten to calling me yet. I was sitting right there. 2.5 hours for an oil change that only took them 30 mins. That's all the info you need to determine whether you want to go here.
This dealership was great with sales people that I purchased few new cars , but one of the cars I have has a couple issues and I have call both of the manager's to get help but they never call you back. For one of the issues the service manager called me but his customer service was horrible after waiting a long time nothing was solved. I cannot believe new cars and they cannot help you fix the issues that are not caused by me. Poor service in the Service department. Had an appointment scheduled for a recall and when I arrived, I was told that they didn't have the part. I asked why they didn't notify me prior so that I didn't make the trip to the dealership. He just said oops, my bad. No apology and no respect for people's time. I asked to file a complaint and he said to file it with Hyundai. This is the third time that I have received poor service.
