Excellent people to work with. That is why I have bought 7 new vehicles from them.
This is not a one time occurrence. When I walked in the door, no customers at service counter and am completely ignored like I was invisible. My service was the diesel works, estimate 209.00. bill ended up over 259, question as to why? Disposal of oil, sales tax etc.. still an overcharge of almost 16 dollars. Women says oil and filters have gone up, my response was since you gave me the estimate!!! They refunded me the overcharge.
Everyone was polite and they took my car in for service in a timely manner. They texted me when it was ready so I was able to do other things while waiting.
The salesman was polite and answered all our questions. There was no pressure and we had a nice talk about Broncs. My wife and I appreciate this kind of help. Thanks
