Original experience (1 star): I initially had a really frustrating experience with Korum Ford. After spending $5,300 on repairs, my car still wasn’t fixed. I had to call multiple times to even get a response, and one of the staff members I spoke with was dismissive. Originally waited a week to get my car in for an issue with my vehicle. I initially told them when I drove uphill, my car was losing power, and then there was a knocking noise underneath. They brought it in and looked at it and they decided to change the camshaft phasers. They also completed the two recalls while they had it which was great. Picked up my car $5300 later, drove it uphill same thing happened immediately lost power driving uphill. Now they want me to pay for yet another diagnostic when you can run the code and ... read more
