I purchased parts at Korum Ford on 3 separate visits in recent months. Usually they have what I need in stock but when they don’t, they immediately tell me what Ford locations do have the part and how soon they can get it in. Other locations don’t do this. The customer service I have received each time has been outstanding. Today I was helped by the guy with the long beard. I should have asked his name.
