I just had my windshield replaced through Korum Ford service. My service writer was Mike, communication was excellent. I was given a loaner car while my truck was being worked on excellent experience.
Was Dealership ever Worst customer service damage my vehicle while I was in the shop and made me wait all day and telling me I should be happy because they’re doing me a favor
